Integrated building systems allow for the modification of an environment independently of environmental choices made by others

Environment consists of both lighting and temperature control

Why Integrated Controls?

Provides sensible and efficient use of environmental systems

Savings of 50 to 75 percent by use of dimming ballasts and daylight harvesting and an estimated 10-15% HVAC savings when providing zone (air jets) control has been documented in pilot installations at PWGSC
