Summing Up

Testing this assertion can be done, by every reader, simply by observing the present explosion of the electronic communications system since 1995 around our Planet. A rapid observation of this impact drives us into an intense increase of an Accelerated process of all the components of our Communications system (our third "C"), which creates, at the same time, a Comprehensive attitude (our second "C") for an Integrative mentality, which appears to be the main outcome at the present stage of our "global village" environment. This fact brings us to a similar attitude, mainly based upon an intense Decentralization process, which empowers our fellow human beings feelings towards a powerful need, for local and concrete actions, in order to achieve Conservation, as our main and fundamental principle for survival (the first of our three already mentioned "Cs").

Comments to these two outlooks of a Global society, so rapidly transformed within less than 20 years, will be more than welcome.
